Remembering Francis Emile Doughty 3-25-1922 - 4-7-1945

While a student at the University of Texas, Francis entered the U.S. Navy for flight training, much of which he received at USNAS Corpus Christi. He elected to be commissioned in the United States Marine Corps, and saw much service in the Pacific Islands, losing his life over Cebu, the victim of hostile anit-aircraft fire. Interred Robstown
